Littleton doesn't have a single citywide water utility. Potable water for much of the city proper is supplied and managed by Denver Water, while several independent districts, Southwest Metropolitan and Ken-Caryl Ranch among them, serve surrounding areas that carry a Littleton address. Which one serves your house depends on exactly where you are. Combine that with housing stock considerably older than the suburbs to the south, and Littleton needs a more careful conversation than most places we work.
WHY CRYSTAL PEAK
We start with a conversation, not a sales visit.Tell us where you live and what you're noticing, and we'll walk you through what it likely means for your house. No appointment required to get a straight answer.
Straight pricing. You get a number and a clear explanation of what it covers. Clean water shouldn't be a ten-thousand-dollar decision, and we built this company for families who were told it was.
You get the owners.Crystal Peak is run by two people, Cordell Soderquist and Lucas Giglio. When you call, you're talking to one of us, not a rotating crew, and not a sales rep working a quota.
LOCAL WATER
Two things set Littleton apart: who delivers the water, and how old the plumbing is that carries it once it arrives.
Your provider depends on your address, not your mailing city. Denver Water supplies much of the City of Littleton, while Southwest Metropolitan Water and Sanitation, Ken-Caryl Ranch Water and Sanitation, and other districts serve areas around it. A Littleton mailing address tells you very little about your actual water supply. Your water bill tells you everything.
Denver Water's supply has its own character. Water delivered through Denver Water originates largely as mountain snowmelt collected in the high country. That's a different starting point than the aquifer-influenced groundwater common across much of Douglas County, and it leads to different equipment recommendations.
Older homes change the calculation. A significant share of Littleton's housing predates the newer suburbs south of it. Decades of accumulated scale in supply lines and fixtures affect both what you're experiencing and what a new system can realistically fix. In an older home it's worth understanding the state of the plumbing before choosing equipment, so you know going in what a new system will and won't change.
OUR SERVICES • COMPLETE WATER TREATMENT
We install and service whole-home water filtration, water softeners, reverse osmosis drinking water systems, carbon filtration, well water treatment, and city water treatment. Which one is right depends on your water source, your household size, and what you're actually trying to fix, so we talk it through before recommending anything. You get the full number, including installation, before any work begins.
FREQUENTLY ASKED
Straight answers about water treatment in Littleton, starting with who supplies your water.
It depends on your address. Denver Water supplies and manages potable water for much of the City of Littleton, while districts including Southwest Metropolitan and Ken-Caryl Ranch serve surrounding areas with Littleton addresses. Your water bill names your provider.
It can. Decades of scale in older supply lines affect what you're noticing at the tap and what new equipment can realistically fix. We'll walk you through what a system will and won't solve in a house like yours before you commit to anything.
It depends on your provider and what you're actually seeing at home. Snowmelt-sourced supply behaves differently than aquifer groundwater. We'd rather establish your supply first than guess.
Tell us what you're noticing and which provider is on your bill, and we'll walk you through the options that actually apply.
SERVICE AREA
We serve homes throughout the Littleton area. Because water service here is split between Denver Water and several independent districts, we establish which one serves your address before recommending equipment. Littleton is a straightforward drive from our base in Parker.
