Centennial is one of Colorado's newer cities, incorporated in 2001 out of what had been unincorporated Arapahoe County. The water districts serving the area were already long established by then, and they didn't redraw their boundaries to match the new city. The result is a patchwork: Centennial has no single municipal water utility, and the district serving your street may also serve neighborhoods in Greenwood Village or Cherry Hills Village while skipping the subdivision next to yours.
WHY CRYSTAL PEAK
We start with a conversation, not a sales visit.Tell us where you live and what you're noticing, and we'll walk you through what it likely means for your house. No appointment required to get a straight answer.
Straight pricing. You get a number and a clear explanation of what it covers. Clean water shouldn't be a ten-thousand-dollar decision, and we built this company for families who were told it was.
You get the owners.Crystal Peak is run by two people, Cordell Soderquist and Lucas Giglio. When you call, you're talking to one of us, not a rotating crew, and not a sales rep working a quota.
LOCAL WATER
Centennial's water map is a leftover from the era before the city existed, and it makes for genuinely confusing conditions if you're trying to figure out what you need.
District lines predate the city and don't follow it. Southgate Water and Sanitation serves portions of Centennial along with parts of Greenwood Village and Cherry Hills Village. Other districts cover other sections. None of these boundaries were drawn with the City of Centennial in mind, because the city didn't exist yet when they were set.
Neighborhoods that feel identical can be on different supplies. Two subdivisions built in the same decade, a few blocks apart, can sit in different districts drawing on different sources. That's a real difference in what equipment makes sense, not a rounding error.
Which is why we ask before we advise. In a city where the supply map doesn't match the street map, the only responsible starting point is establishing what actually serves your address. It takes about two minutes on the phone and it changes the recommendation.
OUR SERVICES • COMPLETE WATER TREATMENT
We install and service whole-home water filtration, water softeners, reverse osmosis drinking water systems, carbon filtration, well water treatment, and city water treatment. Which one is right depends on your water source, your household size, and what you're actually trying to fix, so we talk it through before recommending anything. You get the full number, including installation, before any work begins.
FREQUENTLY ASKED
Straight answers about water treatment in Centennial, starting with which district serves you.
It varies by address, and your water bill is the fastest way to find out. Southgate Water and Sanitation serves portions of the city; other districts cover other areas. We can usually identify it with you on the phone.
Because the districts came first. Centennial incorporated in 2001, and the surrounding water districts had been serving the area for years before that. The boundaries were never redrawn to match the new city limits.
It depends on your district and what you're noticing, scale on fixtures, spotting on glassware, soap that won't lather. Because supply varies across the city, we'd rather establish yours before recommending anything.
Tell us what's on your water bill and what you're noticing at home, and we'll walk you through the options that actually apply to your address.
SERVICE AREA
We serve homes across Centennial. Because the water districts here don't align with city boundaries, we confirm which one serves your address before recommending equipment. Centennial sits between Highlands Ranch and Aurora, both of which we cover, so it's a short trip from our base in Parker either way.
