We serve homes across Arapahoe County, including Aurora, Littleton and Centennial. Water service here is split between Denver Water and a patchwork of independent districts, and much of the housing is older than the suburbs to the south, so treatment advice has to start with your address.
WHY CRYSTAL PEAK
We start with a conversation, not a sales visit.Tell us where you live and what you're noticing, and we'll walk you through what it likely means for your house. No appointment required to get a straight answer.
Straight pricing. You get a number and a clear explanation of what it covers. Clean water shouldn't be a ten-thousand-dollar decision, and we built this company for families who were told it was.
You get the owners.Crystal Peak is run by two people, Cordell Soderquist and Lucas Giglio. When you call, you're talking to one of us, not a rotating crew, and not a sales rep working a quota.
LOCAL WATER
Two things set this part of the metro apart: who delivers the water, and how old the plumbing is that carries it.
Your provider depends on your address, not your mailing city. Denver Water supplies much of the City of Littleton, while Southwest Metropolitan Water and Sanitation, Ken-Caryl Ranch Water and Sanitation, and other districts serve areas around it. A Littleton mailing address tells you very little about your actual water supply. Your water bill tells you everything.
District lines predate the city and don't follow it. Southgate Water and Sanitation serves portions of Centennial along with parts of Greenwood Village and Cherry Hills Village. Other districts cover other sections. None of these boundaries were drawn with the City of Centennial in mind, because the city didn't exist yet when they were set.
Older plumbing changes what a system can fix. In homes with decades of accumulated scale in the supply lines, new equipment helps going forward but can't undo what's already there. It's worth understanding the state of the plumbing before deciding what to install, so you know going in what a new system will and won't change.
OUR SERVICES • COMPLETE WATER TREATMENT
We install and service whole-home water filtration, water softeners, reverse osmosis drinking water systems, carbon filtration, well water treatment, and city water treatment. Which one is right depends on your water source, your household size, and what you're actually trying to fix, so we talk it through before recommending anything. You get the full number, including installation, before any work begins.
FREQUENTLY ASKED
Straight answers about water treatment in Arapahoe County, from the two people who run the company.
It depends on your address, and your water bill names your provider. Denver Water supplies much of Littleton, while Southgate and other districts serve parts of Centennial. We can usually identify yours with you on the phone.
Some homes do and some don't. Scale on fixtures, spotting on glassware, and soap that won't lather are the everyday indicators. Tell us what you're seeing and we'll give you a straight answer.
It can. Years of scale in older supply lines affect both what you're noticing and what new equipment can realistically fix. We'd rather tell you that up front than after installation.
Tell us what you're noticing and where you live, and we'll walk you through the options. If a carbon filter solves your problem, we're not going to sell you a softener.
